Join or Renew Your GFCA membership

Your membership dues allow GFCA to:
-Advocate for you and Gnoss Field with the county, state, and federal government/FAA
-Provide expert general aviation subject matter support to local planning agencies, governments, and media outlets
-Publish monthly newsletters and timely email notices
-Host monthly airport breakfast with educational and entertaining speakers

In addition, dues and donations enable us to do the following:
  • Provide equipment, infrastructure, and supplies for Young Eagles rallies and individual flights,
  • Host a community Holiday Party each year,
  • Participate in Novato’s July 4 parade and Gnoss Field’s Fathers Day open house events,
  • Grow the STEM Drone training program that starts in middle school, proceeds through gradually more detailed training high school, where students can obtain their Part 107 Drone Operator certificate. In future years, these students can take their new skills to Marin Community College, where they learn to apply their skill to career tracks for fire and first responders, business support operations in real estate and solar installation, farming, and commercial video production,
  • Provide $12,000 flight training scholarships to two high school students each calendar, as part of EAA’s Ray Aviation Scholarship program. We provide $3,000 “seed money” for each of the two scholarships, and EAA/Ray Aviation Foundation provides the other $9,000 for each.
Our members are the reason we can do all these things for our communities; pilots, students, and citizens of Marin County-thank you!
